Design
As part of our on going investment CH Clarke offers
state of the art CAD technology, utilising the latest software.
At CHC we use this technology to provide our customers precision
engineering including a huge variety of small and micro parts in
a vast range of metals and plastics. Our expert technical team can
provide support and assistance including:

Review of design for suitability to manufacture, cost optimisation, tolerances, material selection and surface finish.

Creating new designs.
The networked CAD system enables CHC engineers to
offline program the company’s six 5-axis CNC machines with
complex profiles written in-house or imported from client files
sent via the secure internet connection.
Prototype
The CHC prototyping service uses our skills and knowledge to transform a design concept into a functioning prototype. We are committed to providing our customers with an excellent service, ensuring accuracy, strength and first rate surface finish. We work in partnership with our customers – ensuring that all components are high quality; manufactured cost effectively and efficiently.
