CHC Engineers have many years experience in supplying the both the Aerospace and Defence industry. We have over 50 years experience in the design, sampling and manufacture of precision components to many leading companies and are proud to be suppliers for many government sponsored contracts.

Our experience in this sector and commitment to investment in technology and training has given us specialist expertise in machining the intricate parts to the high standards that the industry demands, these include:

CHC are currently supporting a major defence contractor in the development of the MOD’s latest weapon system “FRES” Future Rapid Effects System.

The successful growth of CHC has allowed us to continually invest in an on going programme of process improvement to facilitate the implementation of the latest Lean Manufacturing techniques; these include First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR), Process Control Charts and Quality Plans.

To ensure increased customer satisfaction and assurance in this demanding industrial sector, CHC also provide full traceability of materials and batch monitoring/ control.

CHC Engineers is currently certified to BS EN: ISO9001-2008 standard. However following the implementation of the Lean Manufacturing programme we are now actively working towards AS9100 and SC21 compliance.
